A friend of mine who is much more busy than me recently decided to go for a permanent make-up procedure. At first I was very sceptical mainly because I was thinking what happens if it doesn’t turn out as expected and you’re left with a look that you don’t like permanently. The truth however it is the apart from a few well-publicised mistakes permanent make-up has become much more popular and safer in recent years. This is because the initial application swelling and even some natural discolouration can occur and so a visit more than one week afterwards will usually be scheduled in.

Because it is an invasive procedure most people will experience some discomfort and even pain however most people experience only a slight pricking sensation and since the area covered is usually quite small it is not usually a problem. However the areas around the eyes it can be quite sensitive and any potential customer should be aware of this.

As you can see that some pros and cons to this technique however I feel that over the next few years as the process becomes more refined we will see many more women opting to take this time saving route.

Makeup to Give the Illusion of Fuller Lips

Once you have drawn an outline you are happy with, you can fill in the rest of your lips with the lipstick of your choice. Lipstick is always better applied with a brush. Once you have added a layer of lipstick blot it with tissue paper, this fixes the lipstick. Now add a second coat of lipstick and blot again.

Next, you will need to cover the pad of one of your fingers in white eye pencil. You are going to dab it onto your bottom lip where the lip is plumpest. The idea here is not to make it noticeable so rub it in a little so the area simply appears a shade or two lighter than the rest of your lips.

Now you can complete your look by applying the clear lip-gloss. This method of applying your lip makeup will make your lips appear fuller and give them a really glamorous look without having to resort to painful lip filling injections.
