For the next few minutes all be discussing a man by the name of Cesar Chavez who made it his life’s work to make the working conditions for Mexican American farm workers a little bit better.

As you can imagine, working on a farm is very hard work. It’s hard work and there is little page. Because of the nature of the work, its most commonly dominated by Mexican American workers. This isn’t anything new and as a matter of fact this is the way this band four hundreds of years. Cesar Chavez was a brilliant man who realized that someone had to speak for these workers and fight for the rights which is why he founded the national farm workers association labor union during his lifetime.

One of the most successful tactics that he was able to utilize during his lifetime was to organize labor strikes when conditions for workers weren’t acceptable. He believes so much in this that he was actually able to keep the strike going for five years on table grapes. The workers in this industry successfully held out for an entire five years while they work to convince employers that they deserve better pay.

When I turned thirty I realized that I was not living the kind of life that I wanted. I was spending most of the day in a desk staring blankly at a computer screen. The biggest form of exercise for me at that time was walking up the stairs in my house. That was it and that short walk upwards is even enough to make me tired and gasping for breath. I decided that I did not want to go on with that kind of life. I felt that I must make changes with the way that I was living my life if I wanted. I decided to take control of my life. I needed to become more physical.

The first thing that came to my mind when I decided to try being physical was to try long distance running. There is no bigger physical challenge that I can think of than running on a long distance running event like a marathon. I knew right away that I faced a lot of work if I want to finish running in a marathon. I was not in the best shape physically and I am not that used to a lot of physical activities, but I knew that if I wanted to change my life then I have to make those changes.

I began looking for some of the best information that can help me on my endeavor. Venice Beach, Los Angeles. There is no place in the world like Venice beach for people watching. Venice beach is nonstop action with characters no one would believe if they didn’t see for him or her selves.
South Beach, Miami Beach, Florida. This beach seems to be designed for beautiful people. Movie stars, moguls, and models strut their stuff without hesitation. The clubs at Miami Beach bring the same beautiful crowds nightlife filled with dancing. Soak up the sun all day, club at night.
Waikiki Beach, Honolulu. Bikinis bronzed beautiful bodies. A little ditty to describe the surfer’s dudes and dudettes that line the white sand beaches. From sunrise to sunset, the people at Waikiki beach won’t bore you. From yoga classes to surf classes, the people are a never ending parade of interesting.
